On May 23, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure - second part", held by the trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
This training session is covering the following: preliminary review of the lawsuit, sending the lawsuit to the defendant, the response to the lawsuit.
The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community.
