On June 13, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on "Criminal Code - general part", held by the trainer Mr. Blerim Isufaj, Chief Prosecutor in the Special Prosecution Office.
This training is covering the following topics: professional negligence, responsibility for acts committed through negligence, responsibility for qualified forms of criminal offenses, responsibility for qualified criminal offenses with more serious consequences, and criminal responsibility for qualified criminal offenses with special circumstances.
The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
