On September 19, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal prosecution", delivered by the trainer Mr. Valdet Gashi, Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutors of Kosovo.
This session is covering the following: how the commission of a criminal offense is reported, the form of the criminal report, the criminal report, the duty of the police of each state, the criteria for presentation of the criminal report by the police, the collection of information before filing the criminal report, the supplementary report to the criminal report and the criminal report against the unknown person.
The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
