On October 2, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Initial and second hearing", held by the trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge of the Supreme Court.
This session is addressing the following: the closing statement, rendering the judgment and announcing the judgment.
The training methodology applied simulation of a court hearing session conducted by the newly appointed judges in the premises of the Supreme Court.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and from the Turkish community.
