On October 9, 2023, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Judgment and its types" with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Appeals Court.
This session, is addressing the following: the sentencing decision and drafting of the structured sentencing decision with all the necessary elements.
The training methodology is implementing practical cases and interactive discussions method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
