On October 17, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is delivering the training under the module "Evidence in criminal procedure" that is held by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court.
This session is addressing the following: evidence and its importance, procedural standards against human rights and freedoms when obtaining evidence, the importance of evidence in relation to the facts, the perpetrator and the sanction, the category of evidence and quality of evidence.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and interactivity.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including on member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
