On 25 October 2017, the Academy of Justice will organize training on: “Judicial implementation of the Arhus Convention”.
Within this training will be presented: Access to environmental information, public participation in decision making, access to environmental justice, and criminal liability in the environmental field.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of the Basic Courts and the Court of Appeal.
