On October 25-26 2017, Academy of Justice organizes training on the “Guidelines of Council of Europe on Child Friendly Justice”.
This training will present on the following: United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and Guidelines of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe on child-friendly justice – basic principles; Guidelines of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe on child-friendly justice before, during and after judicial proceedings; Workshop, study case: family court; Workshop, study case: child delinquency; Workshop, study case: juveniles in criminal proceeding; Workshop: Challenges for the law and practices in Kosovo in relation to the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child, and the Guidelines of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of the basic instance.
