On 21 November 2017, the Academy of Justice organizes training on: "Legal persons and minor offence procedure".
In the framework of this training will be presented: The manner of developing the minor offense proceedings against business enterprises with the quality of the legal person and against the responsible person in the legal person, responsibility of the legal person and the responsible person of the legal person, business enterprises as individual businesses and the development of legal proceedings against them, responsibility of the physical person.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of Basic Courts – Minor Offence Division.
