On 24-25 November 2017, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with UNICEF organizes training on: “Protection of children's rights in cases of changing their status”.
Within this training will be presented: Maternity and paternity, protection of children's rights in the procedure of rejection and verification of paternity or maternity, protection of children's rights in cases of domestic violence, principle of the highest interest of the child, ways and methods of court communication with children in court proceedings.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of the Court of Appeal - Civil Division, Basic Court Judges - Civil Division, professional associates, and officials of the Guardianship Authority.
