On December 13, 2023, the Academy of Justice, as part of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a Training on "Specialized Training Program Official Corruption and Offenses Against Official Duty - Session III".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge at the Supreme Court and Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.
The purpose of this training is for the participants to become familiar with the elements of the criminal offense of abuse of office, Intent as an element of the criminal offense of corruption, an element for proving the criminal offense of corruption.
Participants in this training are: Judges, prosecutors and professional associates from PSRK.
