On December 19, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "The role of the prosecutor in the initial hearing", with the trainer engaged Mr. Ilir Morina, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.
In the framework of this session, the following topics are being addressed: Procedural aspects of the main trial, the role of the state prosecutor during the initial hearing and judicial practice related to the main trial.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive training and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
