On December 5 2017, Academy of Justice organizes training on the topic of judicial proceeding for dissolving marriage.
This training will cover the following: procedure for dissolving marriage by annulment; procedure for dissolving marriage by divorce; main principles of the divorce proceeding and the court competence; ways of deciding and legal remedies in divorce cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of the appeals court – civil division, judges of basic courts – civil division, and professional associates.
