Kosovo Judicial Institute with the financial support form UNDP, from January 28 until 30, 2011, conducted a three day workshop in developing basic skills of KJI trainers.
The overall objective of this roundtable will focus in the development and improvement of the knowledge of the participants regarding the techniques of training, drafting the learning objectives in an effective way, in organizing the contentof the program, on how to insure good advises for the presentation skills.
Meanwhile, the main topic of this training was the methodology and presentation techniques, the responsibility of the trainer in teaching adults, the effective way of writing learning objectives, how to built the structure of the content and how to organize a successful training, and there was a demonstration of interactive teaching methods.
High number of KJI trainers attended this training, and at the end certificates were distributed for the successful completion of the training of trainers—basic level.
