During September 17-18th 2018, under the Initial Training Program AJ is conducting two training sessions from the module of “Criminal Code” and the sub-module on “Statute of Limitation”.
Topics that will be covered in these training sessions will be: legal nature of the statute of limitation, duration of the statute of limitation in criminal prosecutions according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, and non-applicability of statutory limitation for crimes under the International Humanitarian Law.
