On February 03, 2011, KJI organized a seminar regarding the New Law on Labor. This seminar focused on emphasizing the novelties that this law contains, the legal protection of workers’ rights from the working relation as well the supervision of its implementation.
On this occasion it was discussed about: the rights and obligations of workers in the Labor field, safety at work, protection of health of the employees in the working environment wherever they may be, as well the efficient implementation of the provisions of the new law on labor by the judges. Beneficiaries of this seminar were judges, officers from the MLSW and legal expert.
