Today on October 3rd 2018, academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program, under the scope of theoretical training for newly appointed judges, from the module on “Legislation and additional skills”, sub-module on “Mediation”.
Topics that will be covered are: purpose, priorities and benefits of the mediation, implementation of mediation procedure, mediation in criminal cases.
