During October 4-5 2018, Academy of Justice under the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges is delivering training under the module on “personal and cross-disciplinary skills”, the sub-module “Judicial decisions reasoning”.
Topics elaborated during this training are: reasoning of the judicial acts, increasing the legal writing skills, structure of the judicial acts, reasoning methods of legal acts, etc.
