On October 12 2018, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges is delivering theoretical training from the module on “National and international legal order: the sub-module “European Convention on Human Rights”.
The topics to be covered in this training are: Article 5 of ECHR, particularly paragraph 1, the right to freedom and safety, lawful detention, the right to a fair trial according to ECtHR practices, the rights of the detained persons etc.
