On October 23rd 2018, Academy of Justice is conducting the training on extraordinary legal remedies in administrative disputes.
This training will present the following: procedures in cases when deciding upon extraordinary legal remedies, distinction between the extraordinary legal remedies and the request for extraordinary review, request for protection of lawfulness, as well as request for review, procedural actions and decisions about extraordinary legal remedies in administrative conflicts.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of the administrative departments of the Prishtina Basic Court, the Appeals Court Judges, judges of the Kosovo Supreme Court.
