On November 14 2018, Academy of Justice is organizing a training on “Article 6 of the ECHR”.
This training will present of the following: the right for Access to court, reasonable timeline for handling a legal matter; the right to information; presumption of innocence; time and facilitation for preparation of the defense; selection of the attorney and the free legal aid; summon and interrogation of witnesses; free provision of a translator.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges of basic courts, judges of the appeals court, prosecutors and professional associates.
