On November 20th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII) is conducting a training on the Module on “the Criminal Procedure Code”, the sub-module “Negotiation of the Plea Bargaining Agreement”.
Topics that will be covered are: 1) presenting the agreement for plea bargaining at the court, b) judicial hearing according to the plea bargaining agreement, 3) legal systems that apply this institute, and practical exercises with concrete cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII) 2918-2019.
