On November 27th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), is conducting a training from the Module on Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, the sub-module “Crimes of corruption and against official duty”.
Topics that will be elaborated are: Taking bribes, giving bribes, disclosing official secrecy, falsifying an official document, collecting and unlawful payments, issues from the Law on Declaration of Assets, etc.
