On December 5th 2018, Academy of Justice is conducting a training on “Preliminary review of the lawsuit in administrative dispute, in light with Article 6 of the ECHR”.
This training will present on the following: Role of the lawsuit, object, ways of presenting the lawsuit and its forms; correct implementation of legal provisions in cases when giving up from the lawsuit; issuing the administrative act after initiation of the administrative conflict.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges of the administrative department in Basic Court of Prishtina, judges of the same department in the Appeals Court, and Judges of the Supreme Court of Kosovo.
