On December 18 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII) is conducting training under the module on “Criminal Procedure Code”, the sub-module “Role of the prosecutor in judicial hearing”.
Topics to be discussed are: 1) opening statement; 2) presentation of the indictment, 3) presentation of evidence; Proposal of evidence or witnesses; Exercises with practical cases.
