On December 27th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI), is delivering training from the module: “Criminal code of the Republic of Kosovo”, the sub-module “Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, the sub-module “Criminal Code – special part”.
Topics covered in this training are pertaining to Crimes from Chapters XIV, XV, XVI, Murder from Article 178, Aggravated murder from Article 179 of the CCRK, murder from negligence, murder of infants during birth.
