On December 17-18 2018, Academy of Justice conducted training on “Contracts in Economy”.
This training will present the following: the franchise contracts and their features; assignment contracts and its features; leasing contracts; the know-how contracts; contracts for license and its features; public contracts, their types, specifics and other characteristics; international convention for sale of goods and its implementation in business relations with foreign elements; legal procedures in protection of business parties, in disputes that derive due to non-completion of contracts; ways and criteria for assessing specific elements in cases of claims from nonperformance or disputing validity of their contracts.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of the commercial department of Basic Courts and of the Appeals Court.
