On January 21 until January 23, 2013, KJI in cooperation with RIPA International commenced the first training session for KJI trainers.
The purpose of the training was that the selected trainers for this purpose should become familiar with the training program of KJI on the anti-corruption capacity building and implementation of the techniques of this program.
During the training were introduced topics such as; the training styles, how trainers should overcome barriers when conducting a training, structuring and the plan of a training session, examination techniques, designing presentations. In particular were addressed the preparation of scenarios, case studies, sessions management and preparation of a training session.
Beneficiaries of this training were the KJI trainers’ selected for the implementation of the training program on the capacity building in the fight against corruption.
