On February 21st 2019 is conducting, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI), is conducting training on the module of Criminal procedure code, the sub-module Witnesses and other and injured parties n criminal procedure.
Topics to be elaborated are: requests for protection measures or anonymity, order for protection measures, not raising question that may disclose the identity, cooperative witnesses, procedure for announcing a person the cooperative witness, revocation of the cooperative witness status, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI) 2017-2018.
