On march 4 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII) is conducting a training on the Module of the International and national legislation, the sub-module on “the Constitutional Law”.
Topics to be covered in this training are: origin of the constitutional law in Kosovo, sources of the constitutional law, decisions of the Kosovo’s’ Constitutional Court in comparison with decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, competencies of the Constitutional court, legal effects of the constitutional court decisions etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII) 2018-2019.
