On March 7 2019, Academy of Justice is conducting training on “Criminal procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders”.
This training will provide an overview of the following: specifics of the criminal procedure when perpetrators are mentally disordered; detention for people with mental disorders; application of the psychiatric examination and mandatory psychiatric treatment held in the health care facilities and in liberty.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and prosecutors of the basic and the Appeals instances.
