On March 14th 2019, the Academy of Justice in the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges Generation 6th, is the training on the module of Criminal Procedure Code, the sub-module: Covert measures of investigation and surveillance.
Topics to be discusses are: rights of person’s subject to covert measures of surveillance and investigation, also after commencement of the investigation procedure in urgent cases, implementation of the order for covert measures and investigation, as well as suspension of these measures, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are: the newly appointed judge’s generation 6, 2017-2018.
