On March 14 and 15 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges, generation 6, will conduct two training sessions from the module on the Criminal Procedure Code, the sub-module on “Expertise and Analysis”.
Topics that will be discussed are the following: provisional sequestration, grounds for sequestration and the procedure/ as evidence, as possibility and benefit. Items that cannot be sequestrated temporarily, meaning of sequestration and confiscations, as two forms of taking the criminally acquired property, legal basis for taking the criminally acquired property, legal basis according to our legislation on sequestration and confiscation, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are: the newly appointed judges generation 6, 2017-2018.
