On April 11 and 12 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges – generation VI, will conduct two training sessions from the Module of: “Evidence in criminal proceeding”.
Topics to be elaborated in this training are as below: general rules for assessing evidence, proving power of the defendant’s statement, evidence for confiscation of property, types of evidence for confiscation, necessary evidence for confiscation of the criminally acquired property, classification of evidence, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI) 2017-2018.
