April 25 2019, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on “Judicial protection in cases of obstruction to possession and servitude”.
This training is elaborating on the following: specifics in the procedure of disputes of obstruction to possession and the right of servitude; elements of the act of obstruction to possession and servitude; deadlines for judicial protection in cases of obstruction to possession and servitude; judicial practice in these cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of basic courts.
