On May 2-3 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training sessions from the Module on “Civil, administrative and commercial laws”, i.e. the sub-module: Contested Procedure – second part”.
Topics to be elaborated in these sessions are as below: Intermission and closure of contested procedure, costs of contested procedure, waiver from costs of contested procedure, disrespect of the court, imposition of a fine on a party or participants etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
