On May 2nd 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting training session on the Criminal Procedure Code, i.e. the sub-module: “Procedure according to legal remedies”.
Topics of discussion are: extraordinary legal remedies, request for review of the criminal procedure, request for extraordinary moderation of the punishment, request for protection of legitimacy, distinction between ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI), 2017-2018.
