May 23 2019, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is organizing training on “The right to liberty and security – ECHR Article 5”.
This training will cover the following: Content of provisions and basic notions of the ECHR Article 5; Main standards in provisions of the ECHR-Article 5 related to the cases when the person is deprived of liberty by the state; Specific legal grounds in provisions that regulate the matter of detention; case law and novelties that it brings related to application of the ECHR Article 5.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of all instances, as well as professional associates in the Republic of Kosovo.
