June 17-18 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions from the Module on “Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, i.e. the “Criminal Code-special part”.
Topics that will be elaborated in this part are: Crimes from Chapter XIV of the CCRK, Crimes from Chapter XV, XVI, Crime of murder from Article 178 of the CCRK, Aggravated murder as in Article 179, Murder committed in the state of mental affection as foreseen in Article 180, and Murder from negligence Article 181 of the CCRK.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (Generation VIII) 2019-2020.
