On July 1-2 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will conduct two training sessions from the Module on Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, the sub-module Criminal Code – special part.
Topics that will be elaborated are the following: Criminal offences from Chapter XX and XXIII, Sexual abuse of persons under the age of sixteen, Article 235 of the CCRK, incitement of sexual abuse or sexual assault by persons under the age of sixteen – Article 236 of the CCRK, sexual abuse misusing the official position. Purchase, possession, distribution and unauthorized sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogue substances – article 273 of the CCRK, Production and unauthorized processing of narcotics, psychotropic and analogue substances, or tools, equipment or narcotic materials – Article 274 of the CCRK, Facilitating the supply or use of narcotics, psychotropic or analogue substances.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
