On 29 August 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is organizing a training under the module: “Civil, administrative and commercial law”, submodule: “Enforcement Procedure”.
Issues that will be discussed during this training are as following: Legal remedies in the enforcement procedure and return of the employee to work, legal remedies, the notion and purpose. Legal remedies against the order for enforcement, guarantees of appeals related to objections against enforcement, enforcement of decision for returning of the employee to the working place.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
