On 29 and 30 August 2019, within the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges (VII generation), the Academy of Justice is organizing a training under the module: “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Law”, under the module: “Obtaining and the administration of evidence in civil proceedings ”.
Topics that will be discussed durign this training are as following: Witnesses - Ability to be a Witness, the obligation to testify, who cannot proceed as a witness, the witness's right to refuse testifying, the witness's right not to answer specific Question, summoning of a witness, witness interrogation, experts - Appointment of ex-officio experts, etc.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Judges (VII Generation), 2019-2020.
