On 09-10 September 2019, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop two training sessions under the module: Criminal Procedural Code, sub module: Initiation of a formal investigation and criminal procedure”.
Topics that will be elaborated in this training are: Suspension and termination of investigations and extension re-initiation of investigations.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019 – 2020.
