On February 24 and 25, 2010, the Kosovo Judicial Institute in cooperation with the Kosovo Justice Support Programme NCSC/USAID, held the two-day workshop.
The issues treated in the due course focused on the practical examples related to the legal opinion writing and reasoning, the importance and evolvement of legal writing and the essay writing techniques according to the IRAC components (issue, rule, analysis and conclusion) as well as the importance that the legal writing carries for a lawyer.
The beneficiaries of the respective training were professional associates working in courts and prosecution offices.
