On February 01, 2013, KJI held a roundtable discussion on the topic “The jurisdiction of the courts in terms of the Law on Courts”.
During this workshop were addressed topics such as; competence of the Basic Court, the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. There were also discussions regarding dilemmas that judges are facing after the entry into force of the Law on Courts and the difficulties regarding its application between the departments of basic courts.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges of the general department and the department for serious crimes of basic courts and the Court of Appeal.
