On 12-13 September 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting a training under the module “National and international legal order” submodule: “ECHR”.
Topics that will be treated during this training are: Article 4 of the Protocol 7 of the European Convention of Human Rights, Article 5 par. 1 of ECHR – presumption in favor of freedom and types of detention according to par. 1 of Article 5 of ECHR.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
