Meeting with mentors of the newly appointed judges seventh generation in the criminal field

On September 27, 2019, within the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice met with the mentors in the criminal field of newly appointed judges.

The meeting was of an informative nature so that mentors were introduced to their role and responsibilities in the mentoring process of newly appointed judges.

During this meeting, the structure of the Initial Training Program was presented, with emphasis on its practical part, the rules and standards set by the Mentor Handbook, as well as the organization and implementation of this process. Also was discussed the issue of evaluating newly appointed judges by their mentors, as well as other organizational issues related to the realization of the ITP practical phase.

Mentors were provided with ITP documents such as: Regulation on Initial Training Program, Initial Training Program and Manual for Mentors.
