October 11 2019, Academy of Justice within its initial training program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training from the module on “Legislation and additional skills” i.e. the sub-module on “Mediation”.
Issues that are being elaborated in this training are as follows: priorities and advantages of mediation, purpose of mediation, mediation in criminal cases, importance of mediation and positive effects of mediation in the Republic of Kosovo.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
