October 14-15 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIIII) is conducting two training sessions from the module on the Criminal Procedure Code, i.e. the sub-module on “Evidence in Criminal Proceeding”.
Topics that will be covered in this training are as below: evidence during investigation, evidence in general, facts and their proof in criminal proceeding, and meaning of evidence and proving remedies.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
