October 17 2019, Academy of Justice within its initial training program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training from the Module on “Legislation and additional skills” i.e. the sub-module on “Mediation”.
Topics that will be covered are: mediation in civil cases, principles of mediation, expression of the parties will, advantages and disadvantages of mediation, nature of civil cases that can be solved through mediation, and statistics of mediation in Kosovo 2012-2016 - statistical data analysis.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
